We're looking for an Associate Sourcer to utilize our internal tools to review, evaluate, and take action on applications for our Coinbase engineering teams. You'll play a critical role in our growth as we continue scaling Coinbase globally. What you'll be doing:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in evaluating technical resumes for our university recruiting programs 
  • Identify and process high volume of inbound applicants that align to our hiring needs across specialized technical roles
  • Be the first point of contact to potential candidates by screening and engaging talent
  • Provide the best candidate experience throughout the interviewing process
  • Be knowledgeable about Coinbase’s functions and products and be able to explain why people should work here
  • Utilize our internal recruiting tools to effectively process inbound applications
  • Partner with various recruiters  to understand hiring needs

  • Loves solving people problems
  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
