Company Description

The HR Transformation team is hiring a Business Process Improvement manager to work on multiple projects focused on driving efficiency and process improvement for the global HR organization. The BPI Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering process efficiency & effectiveness, and building capabilities throughout the HR organization.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Lead the development and implementation of continuous process improvement practices and Lean Six Sigma principles for HR

· Develop and implement business process improvement methodologies including process improvement prioritization, value stream mapping and change management

· Influence and advise HR leaders, team members and customers on process improvement strategies and opportunities for increased efficiencies

· Develop process improvement opportunities, alternatives, and recommend courses of action

· Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations based on global organizational needs

· Facilitate the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s); measure and analyze baseline performance and post optimization

· Lead the identification and investigation of process inefficiencies and deploy opportunities for productivity improvement

· Lead the continuous improvement of HR business processes through regular benchmarking with outside organizations to keep current with best practices and approaches

· Serve as a change agent by stimulating, and institutionalizing business excellence initiatives

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM or related area

· 5-7 years’ experience of combined process improvement and agile background with application in business processes, with experience in a global organization preferred

· Ability to manage numerous projects at once in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to make complex decisions in the best interests of the company using data and analytics

· Ability to think on a global basis in terms of organizational and process standardization

· Ability to improve existing processes or provide new value to business areas through continuous improvement tools

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

· Exceptional communication & presentation skills for all levels of management

· Six Sigma certification
