BENEFITS AND PAYROLL COORDINATOR

We’re looking for a Payroll and Benefit Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The Payroll and Benefit Specialist will be the sole point of contact for all topics, payroll and benefit related, for Sisense operations in the United States internally and externally. We are truly looking for an expert in this space with high reliability! This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our US employees in a fast paced, exciting environment.
HOW YOU’LL RAMP:
By Day 30…
- You will learn about the Sisense product, company, and org structure.
- You will have an understanding of our internal payroll and benefits processes and will start to employ them.
- You will assist in preparation of semi-monthly and payroll for US & Canada operations
- You will be the point of contact for all benefits and payroll related questions
- You will enter and maintain employee records in Bamboo and ADP and ensure all changes are made correctly and in a time sensitive manner
- In all actions, correspondence, and interactions with candidates and employees must support and reinforce the Sisense brand message and represent the Sisense organization with integrity and professionalism
By Day 60…
- You will be the primary contact for benefits administration and begin to work directly with brokers and carriers
- You will assist employees with FMLA and Long/Short Term Disability processing
- You will work with employees and our third party partner to obtain work permits and perform visa processing if necessary
By Day 90…
- You will ensure all annual compliance requirements are met, including conduct annual audits and year-end compliance reporting
- You will assist Finance department with reconciling payroll related and general ledger accounts
- You will plan, coordinate and execute the company benefits open enrollment period
WHAT YOU’VE ACCOMPLISHED… SO FAR:
- You have a minimum 2 years of experience in Benefits and Payroll processing
- You have a fanatical attention to detail
- You possess extensive experience with ADP
- You have excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills
- You have the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment with continuously changing priorities
- You are able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits and employee relations
- Your experience auditing I-9 and W-4 forms is a plus
- Your experience working with Google Apps is a plus
