Credit Karma is looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about early career and campus recruiting to join our University Recruiting team! As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support senior management on our University Recruiting team to assess for high potential intern and recent graduates to make an immediate impact upon joining us at Credit Karma. You'll work closely with talented Recruiters to grow your recruiting skills, and learn best-in-class hiring practices.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with our highly successful recruiting team to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing and submitting candidates
  • Meet and exceed recruiting metrics (offers, hires, candidate experience)
  • Strong focus on sourcing and engagement to create a pipeline of perspective intern and new graduate candidates
  • Build trusted and long-term relationships with hiring managers
  • Develop strategic job plans for their requisitions and coach them on hiring best practices
  • Provide stellar candidate experience and develop strong relationships with candidates
  • Attend and help organize campus recruitment events to promote the Credit Karma brand and source talented individuals
  • Continuously improving our talent brand, recruiting processes, and candidate experience

Minimum basic requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 1+ year of recruiting or higher education experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in university and early career recruiting
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and independent thinking
  • Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Relationship builder/networking extraordinaire
  • Highly organized and efficient
