WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Play a pivotal role in our global Talent Acquisition Marketing team which is focused on attracting talented professionals to meet the significant growth demand of our business
  • Reporting into the Global TA Marketing Director, you'll support, influence, and provide expertise to the 50+ regional and country Talent Acquisition Marketers around the world
  • Influence the Talent Acquisition Marketers to be excited by and get involved in various global priorities and projects, as well as to have a global mindset
  • Lead global projects and/or global project teams on a wide range of initiatives, including video creation, blog content production, careers website improvements, our employee referral program, employee advocacy, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Create, maintain, and present project plans. Analyze and prioritize project activities and stakeholder needs, while establishing realistic deadlines. Develop project planning expertise amongst the wider Talent Acquisition Marketing team
  • Lead and evolve our email marketing and automation strategy, via Marketo and Beamery, and drive the TA Marketers to execute this on a local level
  • Develop messaging and communications for global internal and external campaigns
  • Inspire your colleagues, share best practice, and encourage an environment of new ideas and innovative ways to connect with the candidates we need to hire
  • Have the option to manage an intern and, in the future, the potential to lead a small team as the global team grows


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, in a related field preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in employer branding, talent acquisition marketing or related consulting roles
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at one time in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of modern digital platforms and channels including mobile, social and events. Real passion for new technology and creative ways to connect with your target audience
  • Experience and comfort working with talent acquisition platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other job boards, plus a variety of marketing tools including social media marketing platforms, content management systems, video editing tools, and analytics platforms
  • Solid experience with at least one email marketing platform (e.g. Marketo, Beamery, Pardot, Smashfly, Hubspot or similar)
  • Results- and detail-oriented. Experience with metrics and measurement and ability to tell a story with data
  • Proactive with a solutions mindset

ADDITIONAL

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
