Associate Human Resource Manager- Granite City
Kraft Heinz is hiring an Assoc. HR Manager responsible for the development and execution of HR policies- programs and procedures within the facility- strategically sets the direction for the facility from a people and business perspective- handles employee and employee relations in a non-unionized manufacturing setting- and leads training and development for the facility.

  • Handles key human resource processes- including workforce planning and budgeting- compensation administration- organizational planning- and performance management-
  • Be an avid problem solver- advise staff on all personnel issues- create and implement objectives under minimal direction
  • Employee communications and engagement- recruitment and staffing- and compliance and benefits administration
  • Take a leadership role by making timely decisions and have the ability to affect business goals and partner/participate in factory-wide initiatives and projects.
  • Drive organizational change/efficiency.

  • I have HR experience including coaching/counseling- performance management- worker's compensation- employee relations and investigations- etc.
  • I possess knowledge of Federal and State laws applicable to wages- hours- working conditions- safety- labor relations- etc. to maintain compliance with state/federal legal requirements
  • I have confirmed quantitative and analytical skills as well as a mind set for streamlining processes
  • I have excellent planning skills- ability to work consistently within established deadlines
  • PHR and/or SPHR certification
  • I have experience in data analytics- critical metric definition/management- and process improvement
  • I have the availability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization- breaking silos
  • I have the ability to navigate all levels of the hierarchy- from the presidents to the shop floor

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
