About this role

Responsible for driving end-to-end delivery and adoption of HR technology solutions, execution of key talent cycles, and providing post-production platform support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Translate desired business outcomes into functional design solutions
  • Research, prototype and test new and /or enhanced functionality
  • Perform Workday configuration for enhancement and change requests.
  • Lead and coordinate all testing activities, in partnership with stakeholders
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and support the execution of change management and training plans
  • Develop and maintain solution design, testing results and resource documents for both HR Technology team members and other end users (HR and non-HR)
  • Actively participate in product enhancement projects, product release cycles and regression testing
  • Execute Core Operational activities including day-to-day platform administrative tasks, providing transactional support, and perform data validation and batch processing



Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong intellectual curiosity and enjoys problem solving
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical details into user-friendly, consumable concepts
  • Thrives in fast -paced and collaborative environment
  • Ability to manage complex work within tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manipulate and validate large batches of data in Excel
  • Good understanding of HR services and processes
  • Experience supporting and/or maintaining one or more HR systems preferably Workday for Talent Acquisition
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams (eg working with global teams)
  • Experience in a professional services environment, financial services or consulting experience a plus.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Human Resources and or technology
  • Minimum 3 yrs experience configuring and testing Workday solutions with focus on Talent Acquisition
  • Workday Certifications on Talent Acquisition would be a plus
