Have you had experience leading or consulting to transformational and complex system implementations? At Chick-fil-A, we are looking to modernize the restaurant Team Member applicant experience to ensure that our franchised Operators have access to the best talent possible. As a Sr. Product Lead on the Team Member Experience team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of an enterprise wide restaurant applicant tracking system (ATS), and work to bring the best talent technologies to Chick-fil-A restaurants.

In this role, you will lead internal and external stakeholders in requirements gathering, ATS vendor evaluation and selection, and eventual ATS system implementation. You will collaborate across the business and be responsible for all functional and technology roadmaps, milestones, and measurement activities for the ATS platform. Your efforts will allow Chick-fil-A Operators a greater ability to highlight unique job opportunities at their restaurant location(s), while providing a more seamless job application experience for prospective Team Members. You will also engage closely in Employer Branding efforts, to align talent acquisition systems with holistic employer branding and recruitment efforts. You will also be responsible for integration efforts to ensure alignment with existing Chick-fil-A Restaurant technologies and systems including payroll and scheduling.

The best person for this role has a passion for creating structure in ambiguous spaces, easily navigates between strategy and tactical execution, and has a passion for technology solutions that help make experiences better.

Responsibilities

This role leads the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System, with the goal of providing Operators with a more seamless approach to engaging with Team Member applicants and sharing their job opportunities.

Key activities include:

  • Setting vision and defining strategy for the Applicant Tracking System technology roadmap.
  • Working in partnership with Chick-fil-A's procurement team in the identification, vetting, and selection of system vendors.
  • Partnering/collaborating alongside Chick-fil-A's .com team (Customer Technology & Insights) and Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT) in the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System and the execution against annual objectives.
  • Understanding of a broad suite of talent acquisition technologies to enhance the Applicant Tracking System offering over time.
  • Aligning efforts with Chick-fil-A's Team Member Employer Branding strategy to ensure technology selections continue to address the most pressing Operator and Team Member needs.
  • Leading change management efforts to encourage Operator adotption of Applicant Tracking System and raise awareness of benefits.
  • Influencing key decision makers including Operators, Team Members, and Support Center executive leadership.
  • Leading the budgeting process for obtaining essential funds annually.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of Operator talent systems and needs.
  • Defining key performance indicators for measuring platform success.



Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years in project management experience in system implementation
  • Experience with large-scale system implementations and/or application development that impacts an entire enterprise from planning through go-live
  • Experience identifying pain points and recommending appropriate technologies to enhance process/provide solutions
  • Understanding of enterprise system requirements and best-in-class vendor offerings.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing a Applicant Tracking System and/or like talent systems
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and solve complex challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complexity, and prioritize competing tasks with varied timelines
  • A forward thinker, with an innovative mindset and a pulse on talent trends
  • Experience influencing and leading teams of internal and external, cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Broad understanding of Chick-fil-A's Operator Agreement and how it influences Chick-fil-A's approach to supporting Operators with their talent attraction efforts
  • Consulting experience
  • Experience managing RFP process and navigating enterprise vendor selections
