JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is Hybrid (3 days a week on-site) to our Northbrook, IL Office.

In this role, you'll be joining a customer-centric culture, ensuring our employees receive outstanding service and support through innovative HR technology. With a focus on HR service excellence, continuous improvement and optimizing our technology, you'll be joining a unique global team of 6 representatives to deliver personalized and efficient solutions to a diverse range of HR inquiries.
This position is calling for a dedicated individual who will approach this role with a balance of service excellence, curiosity to learn more and a desire to ensure employees feel valued and supported. Handling thousands of cases annually, this role offers an incredible opportunity for HR professionals to gain a comprehensive understanding of a global HR Organization. This role provides a solid foundation for career growth enabling you to develop valuable skills and insights that will pave the way for a future in HR.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Responds to and resolves HR inquiries promptly and thoroughly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Utilizes HR technology (ServiceNow) to manage and document employee inquiries.
  • Assists employees with systems navigation, finding information and other support documents that drive a strong self-service culture.
  • Processes HR Transactions using applicable technologies to ensure data integrity and in line with local Country requirements.
  • Collaborates with experienced HR Professionals to address more complex issues.
  • Follows our best practice approach to handling cases and transactional services effectively, leveraging ServiceNow capabilities, whilst remaining focused on the employee experience.
  • Ensures all Service Level Agreements of success metrics to measure employee satisfaction, quality of response, case escalations, response times, and expected outcomes are met and an excellent experience is delivered to employees.
  • Analyses employee inquiries and cases to identify areas for knowledge creation or updates and other areas for improvement.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • University Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or a related discipline (or equivalent years of experience) plus generally 1-3 years of Human Resources administration or HR shared services experience.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Basic analytical skills and knowledge of HR and Organizational policies, procedures and processes.
  • Basic Knowledge of customer service principles, procedures, techniques, systems, and standards.
  • Good customer service and strong listening skills with an empathetic approach.
  • Ability to successfully execute against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ability to utilize multiple systems while handling customers/employees via cases, phone, chat etc.
  • Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is preferred.
