About This Role

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced, motivated HR Operations Coordinator in our Manila, Philippines office. Our work environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Include:

The role of the Global Business Center (GBC) HR Operations Coordinator is to support the smooth operation of talent acquisition and human resource processes and workflows. Incumbent will provide administrative support to the People Operations and Talent Acquisition Operations teams.

· Own HR and Talent Acquisitions Operations’ mailbox and respond to and resolve all Talent Acquisitions tickets via our ticketing systems in a timely manner.

· Assist in managing the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring new hire setup.

· Maintain up-to-date and accurate files and records in our HR Information System.

· Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide necessary information.

· Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)

· Facilitate new hire orientation

· Assist with data entry tasks and generate reports as required on Fresh Service, I9, and Workday.

· Process HR-related requests as needed by the business. Including but not limited to onboarding, status changes (personal and job data changes), and termination.

About you:

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree

· At least 1-2 years related experience and/or training in human resources or recruiting; or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Experience with any Ticketing, HCM, ATS, or any HRIS tools/systems

· Highly analytical; ability to look at data and present results & possible improvements

· Great organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task/change gears quickly

· Strong MS Office and Outlook experience

· Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work cross-functionally

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as with people at all levels of the organization (with limited oversight)

· Demonstrated proficiency with MS Suite; specifically, Outlook and Word with the ability to learn required business systems
