Job DescriptionYour main responsibilities will be :
- Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive performance.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment effort and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent in collaboration with our talent acquisition department.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the main contact for employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing engagement.
- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws and maintain updated HR policies.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll and benefits, ensuring competitive, compliant, and efficient administration.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Track HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making and evaluate HR initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in HR management, ideally at the HR Manager or HR Director level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR best practices.
- Bilingual French /English
