Why This Role Matters
As an HR Coordinator with German, you ensure a smooth and compliant employee lifecycle by managing accurate documentation and reliable HR data. Your precision and professionalism support efficient HR operations, consistent service delivery, and a positive employee experience across Goodyear.
What You’ll Do
Manage HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, addenda, leave of absence, terminations, reference letters, and employment certificates.
Maintain and update employee personnel files in line with legal requirements and internal policies.
Accurately update and maintain employee master data in HR systems such as Workday.
Support HR Services and HR Business Partners with HR-legal and administrative processes.
Ensure timelines, accuracy, and compliance in all HR-related tasks.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Services.
What You’ll Bring
6 months–1 year of experience in HR, customer service, or administrative roles.
Strong PC literacy (MS Office required; Workday knowledge is a plus).
Very good command of English and good proficiency in German (B2+).
A precise, reliable working style and strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
