Life as a HRBP  

As HRBP for the CXM Barcelona Nearshore, you serve as a strategic partner to senior business leaders across Spain, the UK, Ireland, and the DACH cluster. You lead the people agenda and ensure its alignment with business strategy, driving transformation, engagement, and operational excellence across the organization. 

 Strategic Leadership & Business Alignment 

  • Lead the HR strategy for the CXM Barcelona Nearshore team, aligning people initiatives with business goals. 
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive transformation, culture, and organizational effectiveness. 
  • Represent and foster Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, Wellbeing, and other People Experiences that enhance engagement and culture. 

Talent & Performance Management 

  • Oversee the talent agenda, including succession planning and development plans for high potentials and underperformers. 
  • Provide performance management guidance to line managers (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). 
  • Lead, develop, and support the HR team through mentoring, coaching, and daily guidance.  
  • Collaborate with the Compensation COE on salary planning, promotions, and job re-leveling. 

 Global HR Initiatives 

  • Asegurarse de que las políticas globales se implementan a nivel local siguiendo las directrices y detalles legales del mercado.  
  • Implement and improve processes that support global transformation and agility. 

Team Management & Development 

  • Set clear objectives, coach and mentor team members, and help them achieve their full potential.  

Culture, Engagement & Social Impact 

  • Provide leadership on culture, employee relations, engagement, wellness, rewards, recognition, and social impact. 

Local Projects and Compliance 

  • Equality Plan: Lead and manage initiatives related to the company's equality plan, ensuring that all practices and policies promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace. 
  • Spanish Labor Law: Stay informed and up-to-date with the latest developments in Spanish labor law, ensuring that the company remains compliant with all legal requirements and regulations. 

What we are looking for in you 

  • Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Labour Relations, Social Work or any other related fields.  
  • 5+ years of experience in People & Culture roles across diverse matrix organizations. 
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
