Specific Objectives (first ~12 months):1. Build a fully organized HR administration structureCreate and maintain complete employee files, HR documentation, contract templates, HR logs, and regulatory records aligned with Thai labor law.
2. Establish a reliable and timely recruitment pipelineImplement and manage an end-to-end recruitment workflow—from sourcing candidates to onboarding—ensuring hiring needs are met within agreed timelines.
3. Standardize onboarding & offboarding processesDesign structured procedures for new hires and resigning employees, coordinating closely with IT, Finance, and Facilities.
4. Support HR compliance activitiesEnsure compliance with Thailand’s labor regulations including probation procedures, contract renewals, benefits requirements, and statutory reporting.
5. Enhance employee experienceCoordinate routine HR touchpoints, internal communication, and engagement activities to support a positive and inclusive workplace.
Key Activities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination).
- Maintain active talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, and local Thai sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate assessments and final interviews with hiring managers.
- Track recruitment metrics (time to fill, pipeline progress, interview feedback, offer acceptance rates).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and probation evaluation logs.
- Ensure HR processes align with Thai labor laws (Social Security, leave entitlements, termination procedures).
- Handle employment letters, contract renewals, and policy acknowledgments.
- Support monthly payroll by preparing attendance, overtime, and leave data.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding: documentation collection, orientation, equipment coordination, ID creation, and introduction schedules.
- Manage offboarding: resignation acceptance, clearance forms, equipment return, payroll coordination, and exit documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from Bangkok staff.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities: birthdays, team events, cultural celebrations, wellness initiatives.
- Handle basic office administration tasks (supplies, vendor communication, HR-related facility needs).
- Prepare monthly HR reports on headcount, hiring status, attendance, leave, and compliance activities.
