The Crown Is Yours
As a Horse Racing Senior Associate, you will be responsible for driving business results by identifying, implementing, and improving processes related to the customer experience on our Horse Racing product. This role will have an emphasis on critical thinking, revenue analysis, scenario planning, and coordination across multiple teams and external partners.
What you'll do as a Horse Racing Senior Associate

  • Identify and address suboptimal customer journeys to enhance business metrics and improve user experience.
  • Apply critical thinking to solve complex problems that lack clear resolutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance, Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams, as well as other stakeholders to recognize and optimize our horse racing offerings.
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to maximize profitability and operational efficiency within the horse racing vertical.
  • Lead projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery of objectives.
  • Leverage your passion and knowledge of the horse racing industry to inform strategic decisions and improvements.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
  • Fraud, Legal, AML and/or Risk Analysis experience is a plus.
  • Baseline knowledge of the horse racing industry is preferred.
  • Well-organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to interpret data and drive business insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing industry.
  • Strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to drive efficiencies within the business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,800.00 - $91,200.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
