About the Home Manager Role

The Home Manager will provide owner services and engage our owners throughout their ownership journey from initial onboarding, home orientation, stay readiness, and service requests.  As part of our regional concierge team you will also support local Pacaso events, new Pacaso home launches, and engage local partners to help fulfill our program.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the expert of every Pacaso home in your portfolio, perform Pacaso home inventory checks 
  • Assist in managing high-quality local service partners and providers aligned to our owner experience promise & service standards
  • Serve as primary Point-of-Contact for Homeowners 
  • Support Home Operations in the launch of new Pacaso homes into the market.
  • Support Marketing in executing local Pacaso hosted events.
  • Partner closely with sales, product, and marketing to align objectives and workflows
  • Promote a highly collaborative, owner-centric, data-driven culture that challenges norms with a bias to action

You’d be a great fit if you have:

  • 7 - 10 years years of experience in service-driven operations
  • Strong, progressive experience in hospitality operations or residential property management required
  • An affinity for customer service and satisfaction
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
  • A self-starter with strong customer-first sensibilities.
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. 
  • Have a high energy, positive, and professional attitude 
  • You are detail-oriented, extremely organized, capable of dealing with ambiguity.
