General Description:
This health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) Project Manager position will manage and execute HEOR projects to ensure quality and time deliverables to support BeOne Medicine’s portfolios. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, overseeing the core team's and vendors' cooperation to ensure successful project delivery, support milestone achievement, and address study issues and obstacles.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Project management
Develop comprehensive study management plans with internal cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Market Access and Commercial) and external parties (experts, policymakers, vendors)
Oversee the project management of all RWE studies in APAC, including those involving multiple sites and/or countries
Monitor project status, manage timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks
Coordinate team meeting schedules, prepare agendas and minutes, track action items and progress reports according to project management best practices
Oversee project budgets, including negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers as necessary
Ensure that projects comply with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines, such as GxP (Good Practice) regulations, to uphold the credibility and validity of research findings.
Manage external vendor, e.g., request for proposal, contracting and procurement processes, etc.
Stakeholder engagement
Lead and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate clear communication and collaboration to achieve project goals
Manage and track contracting with external stakeholders
Leadership and Development
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Lead initiatives to improve project management
Qualification Required:
Education Required:
PhD, MS, or MPH
Experience/Qualifications:
Fluency in English
Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline or health care. Postgraduate Degree in Public health or health related research or HEOR or epidemiology or equivalent field preferred.
5 to 7 years of experience leading regional clinical and RWE projects related to oncology and/or hematology in the APAC region
Able to work flexibly, navigate unknowns, and develop processes for project management
Good leadership skills, ability to work through others to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics.
Excellent organizational, problem solving, planning, time management and prioritization skills. Ability to organize resources needed to accomplish tasks, set objectives and provide clear direction to others, experience planning activities in advance and taking account of possible changing circumstances.
Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Results-oriented approach to work towards delivery and output.
Good understanding of project financials including experience managing, contractual obligations and implications.
