You will be responsible for the following:

A. Sales Process Optimization

  • Design and standardize sales processes tailored to each channel while maintaining scalability and efficiency.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps in current sales operations;  implement data-driven improvements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align processes with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.

B. Sales Automation and Tooling

  • Lead the implementation of CRM, sales enablement, lead management, and workflow automation tools.
  • Define business requirements and user stories for automation solutions;  coordinate with Product and Technical teams for delivery.
  • Drive user adoption and continuous improvement of sales technology platforms.

C. Project and Change Management

  • Lead process change initiatives with a structured approach;  manage stakeholders and timelines effectively.
  • Develop training programs and materials, in alignment with Sales Excellence and Enablement, to support process and system changes.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and digital adoption in the sales organization.

D. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales, IT, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing for all sales process and automation needs.
  • Support commercial leadership with insights and tools to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; MBA is a plus. -
  • With 6+ years experience in sales operations, process improvement, or sales technology roles.
  • With proven experience leading automation and digital transformation projects in complex or multi-channel sales environments.
  • With experience in fintech, telecommunications, FMCG or enterprise SaaS preferred.
  • With experience and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), workflow automation tools, and sales analytics platform
