Research:
- Help improve the Research/advisory within the Market & Consumer Research practice
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of research initiatives
- Guide the clients in conducting in-depth analysis of industry trends and consumer behavior with help of relevant research methodologies
- Interpret & communicate research findings effectively to clients to drive informed decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement in research processes and methodologies
Consulting
- Play the Advisory/consulting role and front end the Research capability
- Oversee the development of business cases and investment proposals
- Analyze competitive landscapes/market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies and regulatory changes in market research domain to adapt the strategy accordingly
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data privacy regulations
- Connect the dots within the ecosystem to cross leverage and maximize our efforts towards capability showcase to our clients
Solutioning
- Liaison with clients and internal cross functional teams to identify research objectives and priorities and help put together research solutions/offerings
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align research strategy with overall company goals
- Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution
- Communicate the strategy & offerings effectively across all levels of the organization
- Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation within the market research team
- Integrate market research insights into product development and/or compliment it with other Merkle offerings
