Job Description:

Research:

  • Help improve the Research/advisory within the Market & Consumer Research practice 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of research initiatives
  • Guide the clients in conducting in-depth analysis of industry trends and consumer behavior with help of relevant research methodologies
  • Interpret & communicate research findings effectively to clients to drive informed decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement in research processes and methodologies

Consulting

  • Play the Advisory/consulting role and front end the Research capability
  • Oversee the development of business cases and investment proposals
  • Analyze competitive landscapes/market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies and regulatory changes in market research domain to adapt the strategy accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data privacy regulations
  • Connect the dots within the ecosystem to cross leverage and maximize our efforts towards capability showcase to our clients

Solutioning

  • Liaison with clients and internal cross functional teams to identify research objectives and priorities and help put together research solutions/offerings
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align research strategy with overall company goals
  • Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution
  • Communicate the strategy & offerings effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation within the market research team
  • Integrate market research insights into product development and/or compliment it with other Merkle offerings
