Are you our new Head of HR Operations? In this exciting role you will be in key position to implement, manage and develop operational HR processes and lead a team of HR professionals across Finland in providing world class HR support to our growing business. Together with your team you will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as drive harmonized processes, policies, benefits and ways to operate.

You will be responsible for driving efficiency, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring compliance across all HR operations.
Your key responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of HR generalists fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Develop and implement HR operational strategies that support business objectives and drive efficiency.
Oversee the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance and consistency.
Lead payroll operations and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Lead occupational health services in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Drive co-operation with employee representatives and representative bodies, fostering constructive dialogue and ensuring compliance with local practices and requirements.
Collaborate with other HR leaders to align resources with business needs.
Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend initiatives to enhance productivity.
Manage the HR budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive HR operations.
You will report to the EVP, People, Culture & Communications. You can be based in one of our main offices in Finland.

Our expectations
To succeed as our new Head of HR Operations, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR Operations with proven leadership experience, preferably in a global expert organization.
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
Experience of leading and developing expert functions like payroll and occupational health within your professional team.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English.
You are used to setting ambitious goals for yourself and your team. You monitor and measure individual and team progress and decisive action when goal achievement is threatened is second nature to you. You are experienced in working in a global matrix organization and you know exactly how to get the best result out of the people you work with.
