Full ownership of growth strategy and execution across all channels
Designing, running, and scaling high-impact experiments across the funnel
Building a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities with measurable ROI
Partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align GTM and drive expansion
Setting up growth operations: tracking, dashboards, and KPIs that guide decision-making
Testing and scaling new growth levers (ABM, lifecycle automation, content-led growth, events, partnerships)
You have 5+ years in growth marketing for B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of scaling results
You’ve owned the entire funnel and can show how you moved the needle at each stage
You’re hands-on: running tests, building landing pages, optimizing flows, and tracking metrics
You’re obsessed with data and experimentation, and you know when to double down or pivot
You’re passionate about AI and already use it to supercharge your growth playbook
Experience in enterprise SaaS or manufacturing is a strong plus
You thrive on autonomy and impact - and are ready to make growth a core engine at Workerbase
