As Head of Global Finance Systems – Functional Solution Architect, you’ll lead the transformation of our finance systems, ensuring we have the tools and insights to make better decisions for our customers and communities. You’ll shape the future of finance at Bupa, driving innovation in data, analytics, and AI to keep us ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of Bupa’s multi-year Finance Systems roadmap, aligning technology with business goals.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of global finance platforms including Oracle EPBCS, Tagetik, Workiva, and Oracle TRCS.
- Champion innovation by introducing AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve forecasting and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and security across all finance systems.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Sustainability, Tax, and Treasury.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience leading large-scale global finance transformation programmes.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle EPBCS and other EPM/CPM tools.
- Strong understanding of finance processes including Planning, Reporting, ESG, Tax, and Treasury.
- Ability to leverage data and AI for intelligent automation and predictive insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) preferred.
- Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
