Summary
We are seeking a skilled InsuranceNow Developer to join our team and support ongoing development, customization, and maintenance of the Guidewire InsuranceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UI components, business rules, and underwriting workflows, along with strong problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting and bug fixing.Job Description
What you’ll do
Develop, configure, and enhance UI components within the InsuranceNow application to meet customer-specific data model and business requirements.
Implement and maintain business rules, tasks, and underwriting logic, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Perform bug fixes and ensure smooth functionality across modules, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Work with bean structures for data modeling and configuration, supporting accurate and efficient data flows.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, QA, and other technical teams to deliver features efficiently and with high quality.
Participate in design reviews, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
Provide technical support and assist in production issue resolution as needed, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What you’ll bring
Required
Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Hands-on experience with the Guidewire InsuranceNow platform.
Strong expertise in UI configuration and development, business rules configuration, tasks creation and management, bug fixing and debugging, underwriting workflows and logic, and bean structure understanding and implementation.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid, cross-functional team environment.
Preferred
Insurance domain knowledge (Property & Casualty preferred).
Experience with system integrations (internal or external APIs, third-party services).
Experience with Adobe Jetform and/or DocOrigin forms design and data population strategy based on the InsuranceNow data model.
