About the Role:
We’re looking for a versatile AI Engineer to join a small, innovation-focused team within the organization.
This is not a traditional engineering position. It’s suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys experimenting with new technologies, and can quickly turn ideas into working solutions. You’ll work closely with senior technical leadership to:
- Introduce AI-driven features and automation tools that improve both the product and internal processes
- Rapidly develop and iterate on prototypes (POCs) to validate new concepts before scaling
- Integrate modern cloud-based AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
The role is highly cross-functional, involving collaboration with multiple teams and direct interaction with leadership. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the technical direction and drive the adoption of AI within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-based enhancements for both internal and external use cases
- Develop quick proof-of-concepts to explore and validate technical solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas where AI can bring measurable value
Work with structured datasets for data preprocessing and feature engineering - Continuously explore and assess new AI/ML tools and frameworks for potential adoption
Required Competence and Skills:
- Strong AI-focused mindset, with curiosity about new tools and trends
- At least 3 years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally with Node.js or another backend language, plus familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and platforms
- Experience in data preprocessing and feature engineering
- Ability to prototype quickly without over-engineering
- Comfortable with context switching and managing shifting priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset
Clear communicator who can explain complex ideas across technical and non-technical teams - Passionate about continuous learning and exploring emerging technologies
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working in startup or fast-changing environments
- Previous involvement in multiple short-cycle POCs or internal tool development
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or “vibe coding”
