Your Mission:

AfterShip is expanding its global presence, and organic search is a key driver of brand discovery and customer acquisition. The Growth SEO Marketing Manager will own the company’s global SEO strategy, driving traffic growth, optimizing multilingual web experiences, and improving domain authority across multiple markets. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure AfterShip’s content and site architecture scale effectively while maximizing search visibility.

Reporting to the Head of Growth, this position works closely with Product Marketing, Partnerships, Content, and Engineering teams to align SEO initiatives with GTM priorities. The role requires collaboration across Asia, Europe, and North America, and may occasionally involve working outside regular business hours to coordinate with global teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own AfterShip’s global SEO and organic traffic strategy, driving growth across multiple markets and languages.
  • Lead site architecture, content optimization, and technical SEO initiatives to enhance visibility and conversion.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Partnerships, Content, and Engineering teams to align SEO with GTM priorities.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis across key regions (NA, EU, SEA) to shape localized strategies.
  • Audit and optimize site structure, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals to meet SEO best practices.
  • Manage multilingual SEO programs (e.g., French, German, Spanish) and oversee high-quality link-building campaigns.
  • Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush; report insights and optimizations.
  • Serve as project owner for SEO initiatives - driving timelines, stakeholder communication, and execution quality
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends (EEAT, SGE, AI search) and continuously benchmark competitors for improvement opportunities.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of international/overseas SEO experience in SaaS, cross-border eCommerce, or B2B industries.
  • Proven success in driving large-scale organic growth and improving search rankings.
  • Proficient with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong technical SEO foundation (HTML/CSS, site structure, crawler logic).
  • Skilled in project management and data-driven optimization.
  • Experience with multilingual SEO and link-building (e.g., increasing DR20→DR50+) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and business understanding.
  • English proficiency for daily cross-regional communication.
  • Curious, analytical, and growth-minded - passionate about SEO excellence.

At AfterShip, we understand that not all applicants will have skills that match the job description exactly.
