We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Growth Marketing Specialist to join Supersocial, a Superbet product. You’ll be key in shaping our growth strategy—tracking KPIs, uncovering insights, and collaborating with partners to boost user acquisition and engagement. This position is based in the Rio de Janeiro (Barra da Tijuca).We are looking for someone who :
- Data Storyteller: Can translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations.
- Performance Marketing Knowledge: Has experience collaborating with agencies or teams on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Understands ROAS, CPA, CPM, LTV. Can confidently analyze and challenge campaign results.
- Curious Researcher: Skilled at exploring user behavior, competitors, and market dynamics in Brazilian sports and entertainment.
- Proactive & Organized: Able to juggle priorities, deliver timely analysis, and spot growth opportunities independently.
- Soccer Fan (Ideally!): Passion for soccer and its culture in Brazil is a big plus.
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau for dashboards and data visualization.
- Working knowledge of Snowflake for data extraction.
- Fluency in English (mandatory as it’s part of an International Team).
What you'll be doing:
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Be the analytical lead in campaign reviews, ensuring optimization of budget and results. Own KPI tracking and create regular, actionable reports for senior stakeholders.
- Insight Generation: Deliver analyses that explain the “why” behind performance and inform strategy and budget.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Work with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to align data and drive growth initiatives.
- Growth Opportunity Identification: Spot new growth levers, propose A/B tests, and suggest new audiences or strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Research competitors and industry trends to keep Supersocial ahead of the curve.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Work with Marketing, Product, and BI teams to align data and drive growth initiatives.
