As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll lead full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, boost engagement, and support revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll own strategy and execution across key channels such as paid media, social, email, webinars, ABM, and more. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape go-to-market initiatives, optimize acquisition efforts, and align marketing programs with business goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and launch integrated campaigns across paid, social, email, and web channels to generate and nurture qualified leads
  • Define audiences, personas, and journeys to shape messaging and improve conversion across the funnel
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs like MQLs, pipeline, CAC, and ROI
  • Build content-driven programs that include webinars, whitepapers, and case studies
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and RevOps to align on pipeline goals and campaign strategy
  • Use marketing automation and CRM tools to scale programs and track performance
  • Lead A/B testing across ads, CTAs, landing pages, and messaging to improve engagement
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to guide investments and refine campaigns
  • Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs

About you:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on experience driving lead generation
  • Strong understanding of paid media, PPC, email marketing, and campaign optimization
  • Proficient in tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Salesforce, and GA4
  • Confident using data to guide decisions and improve performance
  • Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product Marketing
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Able to manage campaigns end-to-end—from strategy to execution
