🚀 About The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and data-driven performance marketer to help scale our app grow. This role is ideal for someone who thrives experimenting , learning quickly, and iterating on bold ideas to drive measurable results.
You’ll be hands-on with campaigns, creatives, data, and attribution tools, running fast cycles of testing and learning to unlock growth. This is a demanding role, with plenty of autonomy, collaborative problem-solving, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on our app and our users.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing, launching, and optimising web based landing pages and app install and engagement campaigns across Meta, SDK networks, AppLovin, and other channels.
  • Owning performance metrics: CAC, LTV, CPI, ROAS, retention, and event tracking.
  • Running rapid experimentation across channels, creatives, and messaging - scaling what works, cutting what doesn’t.
  • Partnering with creative teams to develop performance-driven ads that simplify complex messages into scroll-stopping executions.
  • Diving deep into attribution and analytics platforms (MMPs, SDKs, event tracking) to understand campaign performance.
  • Managing budgets with precision, making confident, data-backed decisions.
  • Staying ahead of channel updates, tools, and growth hacks in the performance ecosystem.

🧠 What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 2–4+ years of experience in app growth or performance marketing, ideally with a mobile-first focus.
  • A proven track record of scaling ROI-driven campaigns at meaningful budget levels.
  • Highly analytical skills: comfortable working with data sets, event funnels, LTV models, CAC efficiency, and budget allocation.
  • Fast operator: moves quickly from hypothesis → test → result → scale.
  • Creative thinker: understands the mechanics of performance creatives and how to optimise messaging for conversion.
  • Breadth across platforms (Meta + SDK networks + attribution tools like AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch).
  • Hands-on and autonomous: comfortable owning both strategy and execution.
  • Resilient and resourceful: you’ve solved technical issues with attribution, integrations, or reporting before.

  • Experience managing spend at $100k+/month level.

    We'll share a simulated growth challenge or scenario. Your job is to prepare a short presentation that clearly outlines your strategic approach, detailed experimentation plan, and key success metrics.
    After you submit your work (by a set deadline), our team will review it. This review determines if we move forward to the live discussion. If you advance, the 60-minute Q&A session is dedicated to you presenting and defending your recommendations to the team. This is your chance to showcase your data-to-action mindset and prove your ability to solve complex UA problems at ZOE.

    Cross Collaboration Interview | 45 min
    This interview will assess your technical marketing depth—how you manage event tracking, troubleshoot attribution issues, implement new data pipelines, and collaborate with engineering/data teams to ensure data integrity for optimization.

    Leadership, Influence, & Values Interview | 45 min
    This explores your ability to influence creative direction, manage high-stakes challenges, allocate resources effectively, and demonstrate the collaborative and resilient mindset essential to ZOE’s culture and mission.
