Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Develop and implement marketing strategy for assigned portfolios aligned with global and local objectives.
Lead, motivate, and develop the team of Product Managers and Hospital Access Executive, ensuring performance and professional growth.
Supervise execution of new product launches and promotional activities, ensuring compliance with budgets and internal policies.
Analyze market, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and portfolio optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Access, Medical, Regulatory, etc.) to maximize brand impact.
Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure proper management of marketing budget and portfolio profitability.
Report results and propose corrective actions to business leadership.
Keep track of competitor activities, trends and developments in relevant therapeutic field and build relationship with key customers
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Educational Background: Degree in Pharmacy or Medical Sciences; MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in pharmaceutical marketing, including team leadership and successful product launches.
Channel Expertise: Proven experience in ethical and drugstore channels highly valued.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated capability in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in market analysis, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships.
Compliance & Governance: Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and adherence to internal policies and industry standards.
