The opportunity:
As a Senior Business Analyst in our Digital team, you will engage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to develop your understanding of the business current state of our mobile applications, gather, analyse and document requirements through validation, development, testing and implementation.
In addition to the above, you will:
- Identify and understand business problems and opportunities.
- Map out journey from current to future state.
- Gather, analyse and document requirements through workshops.
- Model solution requirements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Propose and evaluate solutions.
- Support the implementation and testing of solutions.
- Identify and manage risks, quality and schedule related to your projects.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A relevant qualification (i.e. degree or Business Analyst qualification).
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in relevant roles, ideally within large/complex organisations.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills and strong influencing skills.
- Experience with mobile applications and Jira preferred.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
