About the team

We are a six-person analytical team that is part of the team responsible for campaigns on the allegro.pl platform. On a daily basis, we analyze assortment, transactions, and prices on Allegro. Based on data, and with the support of merchants, we ensure that buyers can find the widest assortment at the best prices.

We are currently looking for a person who will conduct a profit and loss analysis for individual campaign tools and activities and then manage the budget allocation between them.

We are looking for people who

  • Have a solid experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a role with high level of independence

  • Know SQL fluently, write complex SQL queries, have experience in SQL query optimization

  • Know how to choose data visualization techniques adequate to the problem (knowledge of Tableau/Looker/Power BI will be an advantage)

  • Have the ability to turn data into knowledge, draw conclusions and make suitable recommendations

  • Have a project manager experience, especially in the area of: business processes improving, business requirements gathering, putting together detailed plans, documenting and reporting

  • Can identify the problem and propose an effective solution to solve it

  • Have worked with Python in data processing and analytics context (nice to have)

  • Are independent, inquisitive and meticulous

  • Have strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher)
