We’re looking for a savvy media and advertising Group Business Director with strong communication skills, a passion for digital innovation, and a deep understanding of the ad industry.
What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the Head of Sales, ANZ and you are responsible to drive revenue growth in an exciting territory. You will be the key representative of Teads, engaging with agency and advertising partners. The ideal candidate is a seasoned media and advertising professional with excellent communication skills and deep industry knowledge.

  • Expand Tead’s footprint with strategic agencies and brands 
  • Proactively manage business opportunities pipeline to meet quarterly and annual objectives and KPIs
  • Navigate and build relationships across the complex structure (Trading, client leadership teams, data science, tech, CEOs) of the agencies, establishing foundational education of Tead’s solutions
  • Manage existing client relations and seek account growth opportunities once onboarded
  • Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of the value proposition of the platform, as well as the existing and future needs of new prospects and existing customers
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate updates to ensure reliable predictability in revenue forecasting
  • Partner with internal collaborators including, but not limited to, product/customer marketing, customer success, subject matter experts, technical solutions engineers, and the people/operations teams to ensure operational excellence
  • Lead and mentor a sales team by guiding sales strategies and execution

About You

  • Minimum 8 solid years of sales experience in online media from either client, agency, or vendor background
  • Strong understanding and background in media industry with Advertisers
  • Ability to build relationships with top marketing/media decision makers
  • Proven experience in collaboration to build long term sustainable partnership growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of online video, display and performance 
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower colleagues to achieve objectives with a team approach
  • Ability to convert business from other media channels
