Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop:Create a wide range of assets, such as infographics, banners, icons, videos, brochures and layouts, for learning materials, SharePoint, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate:Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet strategic objectives.
  • Iterate and Refine:Revise and edit designs based on feedback to align with project requirements and enhance visual impact.
  • Stay Updated:Keep up to date with the latest design trends, software, and industry best practices.
  • Project Management:Utilize strong project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.


  • Experience in illustration, photo retouching and/ or photography.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline.


Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience creating engaging and visually appealing assets for eLearning and other learning materials.
  • BA/BS in Graphic Design or related design experience and training.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.


Additional Information
DOE, annual salary of $60K - $70K plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
