Job Description: We are looking for a Graphic Design Associate to add to our team! The primary functions will include utilizing Adobe Suites to design and manage seating charts on the website, reacting to new ticket sales by developing new seating maps and auditing the website for consistency.
Role is based in Coppell, TX. Hybrid working schedule which requires 3 days in office and 2 days at home each week.
Schedule: Will consist of working one weekend day. Please see below for the following openings we have:
- 2:30pm-11:00pm with Sunday and Monday off
Responsibilities:
- Build interactive seating charts for a variety of events and venues, utilizing Adobe Suite for high conversion events
- Evaluate selected layouts for accuracy relative to official venue charts or available industry standard
- Conceptualize, design, and develop graphics and visuals for website
- Produce, optimize, and output final web ready digital artwork in support of site updates
- Research, compile, and manage critical event information (Date, time, location, venue configuration, etc.) for a high volume of sport and entertainment events
- Observe industry trends and patterns for most recent updates
Who we are looking for:
- Graphic Design background preferred
- Internship or 1 year of experience working in a professional setting
- Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
- Basic understanding of scripts
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Proficient with all internet browsers
- Love of sports and entertainment
- Candidate must demonstrate an impeccable attention to detail
- Candidate must be able to draw lines and shapes accurately and quickly within Illustrator
- Ideal candidate must be very comfortable regularly reviewing multiple sources of information to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Candidate should enjoy working closely with a supportive team but also be able to be self-sufficient and take the lead on handling tasks with minimal follow-up and maximum accuracy
- Candidate must be highly organized, responsible, and comfortable working with large amounts of data
- Work with a flexible work load and be able to prioritize tasks with understanding of impact on customer experience
