Your responsabilities:

  • Create and adapt visual and video assets for Digital Marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more).
  • Pitch and prototype new creative formats based on insights from social platforms.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate delivery of visuals, copy, subtitles, and more.
  • Build quick-turnaround visual variants for creative testing (thumbnails, end screens, different layouts and narratives).
  • Design impactful video assets and static visuals - from key visuals to thumbnails. 
  • Help organize and maintain high-efficiency asset libraries across Figma, LucidLink, and Cloudinary.
About you:
  • 1 years of professional experience (internships or freelance work included) in graphic design, video editing, or content creation.
  • Spanish and Bilingual English level (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong skills with: Adobe Premiere, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, generative AI. 
  • Bonus points if you have experience with After Effects, CapCut or advanced prompting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in Film, Design, Communication, or a related field. 
  • Location: Must be based in Madrid

  • Get excited about using AI tools and testing emerging tech to boost creativity.
  • Stay curious about new platforms, formats, and storytelling trends.
  • Can generate innovative and fresh ideas aligned with objectives and overall campaign strategies
  • Have deep passion for creative concept development in marketing campaigns.
  • Can manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting clear priorities and delivering under tight deadlines.
  • Feel confident collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, clearly communicating technical and creative requirements.
