You’ll be joining our Platform team, the foundation that keeps both engineering and the wider business moving forward. We’re the team that makes innovation possible - building the internal tools, automation, and systems that let others focus on what they do best. From streamlining billing and powering data pipelines to strengthening security and compliance, we create the infrastructure that enables scale, speed, and confidence across the company.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to dive into real-world engineering challenges, gain exposure to a broad range of technologies, and see first-hand how platform engineering supports every part of a growing business. You’ll have the chance to learn from experienced engineers, contribute from day one, and build the foundations of a career in high-impact software engineering.

You’ll get hands-on with some of the coolest challenges in fintech, like:

• Building real time, collaborative products for finance teams

• Designing and developing APIs that can handle scale

• Build internal AI tools to make our teams hyper efficient

• Integrating with global financial data providers

• Crafting smooth, user-friendly experiences

• Keeping customer data secure and compliant

• Backend: Elixir / Phoenix on AWS (via Terraform)

• Frontend: Next.js with TypeScript

Don’t worry if you haven’t worked with these yet - we’ll teach you. If you know a bit of JavaScript, Python, or even just tinkered with a project at uni, you’ll pick it up fast. What matters is your curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn.
