INGENIOUS.BUILD is looking for a dedicated Recruiter to identify top-tier professionals for the Go-To-Market Organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing and pre-screening candidates, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and demonstrating proven metrics to support their success. A strong background in collaborating with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to build teams is essential.
This is a fully remote role, the individual would need to sit in North America.
In this position, you will:
- Partnering with Recruitment and the Hiring Team to fully & quickly, understand talent needs and requirements
- Layered conversations with candidates on their background, career goals, and skill set
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
- Create a “buzz” in the talent market by networking through industry-related groups, and specialty job boards– get creative- always be sourcing
- Perform market research to understand where diverse, external talent pools exist and work to execute diversity-sourcing initiatives to tap into those talent pools
- Keep detailed records and information on sourced talent
- Thrive on discovering hidden talent and the ability to drive results quickly
Skills and Experience needed:
- Familiarity with sourcing and hiring for niche technical roles to effectively assess candidate qualifications
- Source and attract top technical talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques
- Tell a compelling brand story to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, both short and long term and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Ability to quickly get up to speed and hit the ground running with a heavy workload and proven experience doing so
- Previous ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred)
The compensation range for this position is 70000-90000 USD, however, we may ultimately pay more or less than this range depending upon circumstances we did not reasonably foresee when making this posting.
