Job DescriptionCOUNTRY SUPPORT
You’ll consult, guide, and enable national Athlete Marketing Managers in your Red Bull Head Coach region, ensuring alignment on both national and global Athlete and Team activities through regular contact and feedback. You’ll support colleagues in the countries with the yearly Business Planning process and share best practice examples to inspire impactful work. At the same time, you’ll continuously challenge the countries to strive for constant improvement and push boundaries.
ATHLETE AND TEAM MARKETING
You’ll maximize the impact of our Athlete and Team partnerships, ensuring strong consumer relevance. You’ll manage global Athlete activations end-to-end — from strategy and content creation to distribution — together with the Communication team and Country Athlete Marketing Managers. You’ll drive 360° initiatives around key Athletes, Teams, and milestone moments, collaborating closely with local markets. You’ll also develop and deliver marketing concepts, trainings, and unique stories, while pushing innovation and launching new technologies that take Athlete and Team Marketing to the next level.
ATHLETE AND TEAM PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
You’ll shape the global Red Bull Athlete portfolio, ensuring an efficient program through smart planning and proactive scouting. You’ll secure partnerships with the right Athletes and Teams — from global icons to nationally relevant personalities — and guide countries in building strong local portfolios, supporting them year-round and during the Business Planning process.
KEY CONTACT FOR OTHER DEPARTMENTS
You’ll be the key point of contact in the Athlete and Team department for partners like Media Network, Brand Marketing, On Premise, Off Premise, and more. You’ll ensure a smooth information flow across these teams to define the most effective and impactful use of Red Bull Athletes and Teams throughout the company.
TRAINING
You’ll train and coach country colleagues on key Athlete and Team Marketing topics, ensuring seamless information flow and keeping teams perfectly equipped, skilled, and up to date.
Qualifications7+ years in management within sport, Athletes, Teams, or marketing at Red Bull or a similar consumer-focused brand/agency, with content and budget responsibility
English required, other languages a plus
Hands-on experience in Athlete and Team Marketing, managing projects and coordinating across teams
Experience leading larger teams or managing regional, national, or international initiatives
Proven track record as an independent project leader, delivering results
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
