JOB TITLE: Global Strategic Marketing Specialist
LOCATION: Remote within EMEA
As Marketing Specialist within our Global Strategic Marketing Team, you will play a key role in shaping and communicating our forward-thinking marketing approaches. You will help to analyze market trends and link them to customer needs. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives and presenting these insights to internal teams and external audiences to drive strategic marketing initiatives and product adoption. You will develop persuasive marketing collateral, deliver engaging presentations, and build strong internal customer relationships to achieve brand awareness and revenue goals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Communication & Content Creation:
- Draft and produce various marketing communications materials, including press releases, brochures, email campaigns, social media content, and website updates.
- Create engaging content for different marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with strategic goals.
- Presentation Skills:
- Plan, design, and deliver clear and persuasive presentations for internal stakeholders and external audiences.
- Effectively present market research findings, strategic recommendations, and campaign performance reports to management and other departments.
- Strategy & Collaboration:
- Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives.
- Customer Insights & Research:
- Assist in collecting market, competitive and customer research data.
- Utilize analytics tools to analyze customer data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Survey customers and assess their feedback to identify needs and preferences.
- Value Proposition Development:
- Support translation of customer insights into compelling value propositions that highlight product benefits and address customer pain points.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure value propositions are accurate, relevant, and effective.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field, 3 or more years of relevant post Bachelor’s experience preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in American Business English.
- Cross-cultural competency.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for data interpretation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and presentation and content software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva etc..)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, experience within a global team preferred.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time domestically and internationally
