Partner with the best
As the GM Americas Regional Tax Lead, you will oversee ownership, design, expert support for the broad range of Compensation & Benefit activities and services, including Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility. Expertise within a field comprising of different approaches, methodologies, techniques and processes.
As the Global Mobility Americas Regional Tax Lead, you will be responsible for:
Individuals who develop strategy, design and provide guidance and leadership for Global Mobility policies and standard package offerings.
Works with HR Managers to select the appropriate package before handing off to Service Delivery team for execution.
Includes those who lead Global Mobility design teams, and/or the operations for such teams. For use in Shared Service teams only.
Provides advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working.
Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems
Leads design and implementation of projects. Work goals typically span 1-2 years to complete and the impact is felt over the 12 month – 2 years time horizon
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
A degree with focus in Tax/Accounting/Finance or related degree
10+ years of experience in Global Mobility Tax programs
North and South America Tax experience preferred for this role.
Desired Characteristics

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
