The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $92,250 - $135,300 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:What you will do in this role:- Provide global oversight and reporting on Dematic’s FCF and Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) actuals & planning.
- Partner with Dematic executive management to develop and refine financial modeling and cases for inorganic growth opportunities and KION / DLT pivotal initiatives.
- Maintain and further evolve a complex financial model that governs Dematic’s operating plan and long-range projections, including detailed analysis to support those projections.
- Identify trends, analyze meaningful data, and present findings to SVP, Global FP&A, and other members of senior management.
- Establish positive relationships with the regional FP&A and Controlling teams to ensure clarity and timely reporting.
- Work with the Finance Leadership Team to refine the monthly financial reporting package and lead the execution of this important monthly deliverable for Dematic Finance.
- Partner with key collaborators to gather feedback to develop and implement step-level improvements to improve the efficiency and productivity of reporting.
- Identify and implement improvements to the monthly/quarterly variance analysis of results against the AOP and close visibility gaps.
- Improve tools used by site management to run the business; recommend and implement corrective actions.
- Support the financial assessment, presentation, and approval process for large, multi-departmental projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required (advanced degree, MBA, or CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of related experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role with financial modeling experience for a complex, matrixed, global organization.
- Ability and experience working in a self-directed, proactive setting driven by performance (large multinational company or large firm public accounting experience advantageous).
- Experience working in a multinational company managing multiple currencies / FX preferred.
- Previous experience in a publicly traded company is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and balance the need for the team to deliver results in the short term while investing and developing the longer-term vision.
