Position Overview
As the Global Employer Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in building and amplifying HiBob's employer brand across our markets in EMEA, the US, IL, and Australia.
Your mission will be to make HiBob's brand both magnetic and authentic, championing our EVP through strategic recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives. You'll drive our direct sourcing model across Talent Acquisition, collaborating closely with the TA Leadership team and reporting to our Talent Acquisition Director.
Job Requirements
You'll Shine in This Role if You Have

  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition and employer brand development, particularly in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to create impactful and engaging recruitment marketing campaigns that capture attention.
  • Skilled in coordinating with external agencies and suppliers to bring bold ideas to life.
  • Familiarity with launching and growing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Knowledge of building employee advocacy programs that inspire and drive recruitment efforts.
  • Experience integrating AI tools and advanced processes for sourcing and brand enhancement.
  • Background in managing a team of sourcing professionals is a strong advantage but not essential
