Job description
We are seeking a Global eCommerce Specialist to join our Global eStore Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and evolving online e-Commerce channel by overseeing the rollout of the Global eStore to local markets, coordinating cross-team efforts, managing requirements and project scope, ensuring stakeholders alignment. Additionally you will be supporting the implementation and optimization of e-store functionalities.
Responsibilities:
This position requires taking responsibility for a wider range of activities in the process of implementation, running and further evolving of Global eStore (GeS) in ESET markets.
Your role will be to:
- Act as responsible person for timely and quality rollout of Global eStore to local markets.
- Act as a major point of contact for local teams, coordinate complex cross-team/ cross-country cooperation in line with predefined scope and agreed timeline.
- Understand and gather business needs, manage the process of mapping the requirements to global solution.
- Act as responsible person for requirements analyses and project scope definition.
- Define and oversee timeline and business related aspects of the entire project.
- Manage and balance stakeholders expectations with the efficiencies of standardization and scalability.
- Assist with acceptance testing, manage and perform detailed troubleshooting to arrive at the acceptance and successful go-live.
- Cooperate on impact analyses, propose solutions, assist with effective feature adoption, manage the implementation of complex e-store functionalities,
- Assist with advanced e-store configurations and settings.
- Write down the specification for implementation on Global estore and oversee the implementation itself.
- Cooperate on business related activities that ensure alignment to any initiative to optimize KPIs and enable growth expectations.
To successfully apply you should:
- Have solid knowledge and understanding of eCommerce, including eStore best practices, customer lifecycle, digital marketing fundamentals, and online purchasing processes
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Active English (at least B2)

- Basic orientation in web development and tools (CMS, JIRA, Postman, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, API, system architecture)

Basic Salary (gross): from 1900 EUR
The final amount of the basic salary may be adjusted depending on the individual knowledge and experience of the selected candidate.
Bonus: Performance bonus twice a year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluated period (usually 6 months)
The position is a replacement for maternity leave (it is a long-term replacement, further cooperation is not excluded)
