ElasticSearch Global Digital Marketing team manages all demand gen paid media for various solutions and campaigns globally. This person will work on the Paid Media team with ongoing campaign operations, reporting requirements and other tasks. This role will report to the Director, Global Paid Media, to ensure successful and detailed oriented execution across digital paid channels (SEM/paid social/content syndication) and programs.

The job will also work strategically supporting global paid media efforts. Supporting our international business paid media digital strategy across channels. Providing key information at the country/sub region level so there is a complete understanding of where paid media is being placed, and what messages are going to market.

Responsibilities:
  • Support all digital channels (SEM, Display, Paid Social and Content Syndication) with ongoing campaigns operations including execution
  • Learn key paid media metrics and key measures, targeted regions/subregions/countries, working with agency partners and SMEs to understand all aspects of paid media plans.
  • Assist providing comprehensive views of programs/data between several agencies by solution/campaign, and by region/subregion/country
  • Q/A agency work, do plans match the brief direction provided - including country and campaign/solutions, right media mix strategy and content/creative for the programs
  • Learn Workfront (project management tools) to be able to answer questions from campaign and regional teams about what content is in each program
  • Help provide country level reporting each quarter for regional marketing, and provide insights into performance. Build reports/pull data for monthly GEO presentations
  • Collaborate on integrated marketing team projects/workstreams
Requirements:
  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent with a strong quantitative background preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of digital paid media marketing, marketing analytics or digital marketing experience with data analytics and reporting.
  • Experience in analyzing large datasets in order to gain insights and draw conclusions.
  • Detail oriented, looking to take ownership of projects, able to multitask and work across teams and subject areas. Ability prioritize in a fast-paced work environment, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives and improve processes.
  • Organized and self-motivated with great attention to detail and focus on quality of results; a great teammate who takes accountability and ownership of their own work.
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities and work across teams
  • Strong critical thinking ability and both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and knowledgeable with creating pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
