Join our team at Kantar Profiles as a Global Data Quality Analyst and be a part of shaping the future of panel market research. Using your expertise in data analysis and quality assurance, you will play a vital role in ensuring flawless data delivery to our clients, enabling them to make well-informed decisions. Through collaboration with internal teams worldwide, you will contribute to maintaining world-class data quality standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Quality & Analytics Director in managing the quality of respondent data.
  • Investigate and resolve data/respondent quality issues, performing root cause analysis and guiding teams on effective resolution and client communication.
  • Improve the process for addressing quality concerns and offer ongoing internal training to teams.
  • Track quality indicators, analyze patterns, and report on goal achievement, explaining any significant changes and their causes.
  • Monitor the impact of changes or new quality measures on respondent data quality.
  • Organize fieldwork for Sourcing Surveys, creating summarized reports for evaluation by the Global Quality & Analytics Director and relevant parties.
  • Analyze third-party suppliers to assess sample quality and provide feedback on data quality issues.
  • Maintain a log of quality issues, assign them to relevant individuals/teams, and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist the Global Quality & Analytics Director in investigating and launching new initiatives in the quality area.
  • Provide support for ad hoc data analysis to contribute to ongoing research and data quality initiatives.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a relevant data-focused role, using advanced data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to ensure top-notch outcomes.
  • A passion for working with data and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or SPSS.
  • Familiarity with appropriate business etiquette and ways of working.
