OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Administrar, planear y proporcionar, el soporte a la infraestructura de cómputo, los procesos de operación de las aplicaciones, los recursos y servicios para su correcto funcionamiento, para mantener la operación de todos los servicios soportados por la infraestructura y garantizar que las aplicaciones y procesos que corren en la infraestructura funcionen de manera correcta para cumplir con los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía.
FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO
Proporcionar y supervisar, el soporte, monitoreo y mantenimiento de las plataformas de cómputo. Para mantener la infraestructura en operación.
Gestionar y administrar, los recursos de infraestructura, el control de los dispositivos, software y sistemas operativos de la infraestructura. Para asegurar la vida útil de los dispositivos, herramientas y servicios de la infraestructura así como salvaguardar la correcta asignación de los mismos.
Analizar y supervisar la realización de reportes e indicadores de las plataformas y recursos. Para la gestión de niveles de servicio y mejoras de servicio.
Implementar, revisar y supervisar, los estándares y políticas de infraestructura. Para garantizar la aplicación de guías de configuración, estándares de seguridad y cumplimientos regulatorios.
Gestionar, los incidentes y problemas operativos de la infraestructura. Para la resolución de fallas y problemas obteniendo el RCA para su análisis.
Administrar los cambios y mantenimientos de toda la infraestructura. Para evitar impactos no previstos en la operación o funcionamiento de la infraestructura.
Analizar los requerimientos de servicios o infraestructura. Para generar e implementar proyectos para solucionar requerimientos y proporcionar mejoras a los servicios de negocio.
PERFIL DEL PUESTO
Escolaridad: Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Licenciatura en Sistemas o Ingeniería en Sistemas Digitales.
Inglés: Avanzado (Comunicación continua con corporativo en USA y comunicación con proveedores globales)
Conocimientos Técnicos:
- Conocmieto y administración de servidores físicos y virtuales (Windows, Linux, IBM i/AS400).
- Gestión de bases de datos (SQL Server, DB2, MySQL).
- Migración y operación en plataformas cloud: AWS y Microsoft Azure.
- Seguridad de infraestructura y cumplimiento normativo.
- Automatización de tareas y monitoreo de sistemas.
- implementación y optimización de procesos de TI ( ITIL, ISO, PCI).
Entrenamiento
- AWS Solutions
