This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Employer Branding Manager and become their right hand in building exciting, people-driven initiatives. From planning and organizing events to crafting compelling video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok – this internship is your gateway to creativity, impact, and professional growth.

Job Description

About your tasks:

  • Support the Employer Branding Manager in day-to-day operations and strategic projects.
  • Edit and produce engaging video content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal and external employer branding events.
  • Contribute creative ideas and help bring campaigns to life that showcase our people and culture.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth project flow and high-quality content production.

Qualifications

About you:

  • You are looking for a gap year or internship (40h/week) and are available for at least six months.
  • You have a passion for video content creation and are confident using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
  • You’re highly organized and enjoy managing tasks from start to finish.
  • You are fluent in English; German is a plus, but not a must.
  • You care about creating meaningful content and bringing authentic stories to life.
