Position Overview
EpicMetry is seeking a Full Stack PHP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and maintaining dynamic web applications. Your expertise in Laravel, PHP, and MySQL ensures the robustness and efficiency of our backend systems. Collaborating closely with frontend teams, you'll integrate server-side logic seamlessly with user interfaces. Your role extends to ensuring application performance, security, and scalability, with deployment on AWS infrastructure. With a keen eye for clean, well-documented code, you'll troubleshoot and innovate, contributing to our technical prowess and driving project success.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP and associated technologies.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technology advancements in web development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Full Stack PHP Developer or similar position.
- Strong understanding of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React.
- Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
