We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Front-End Team Leader with deep expertise in Vue.js to join and lead our front-end development team. You will be responsible for driving the delivery of web, PWA, and hybrid mobile applications for insurance companies and their customers, while also mentoring developers and ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
What you will be doing
- Lead the front-end team both technically and organizationally, providing mentorship, guidance, and support
- Own and drive the front-end delivery process, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution
- Collaborate closely with the Product Officer, Design team, and business team
- Manage, maintain, and evolve all company web repositories
- Promote and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance
- Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Keep the team up to date with the latest tools, trends, and technologies in front-end development
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
RequirementsMust-have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing modern web applications
- Proven experience working with Nuxt 3 and its ecosystem
- Fluency in TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS
- Strong experience consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Deep understanding of web application security best practices
- Experience creating responsive and accessible web applications
- Solid experience with Git workflows
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience in a team lead or mentorship role
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Passion for clean code and problem solving
- Familiarity with AI assisted development
- Experience using Tailwind CSS
- Experience with unit and end-to-end testing
- Previous participation in Scrum teams
