- Develop content and user operation strategies around trending topics in the U.S. stock market to drive deep user engagement and improve conversion rates.
- Identify profitable opportunities in the U.S. stock market and implement diversified operations including topic-based campaigns, content initiatives, live streaming sessions, and promotional activities.
- Identify and maintain core community users, continuously enhance user stickiness and activity, encourage high-quality UGC production, and facilitate effective dissemination of valuable content within the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Sensitive to market trends and current events, with hands-on experience in U.S. stock investing. Familiar with the needs and psychology of individual investors, and possess a relatively mature investment style and methodology.
- Strong project management and communication skills, self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and execution-oriented.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), data analysis capability, and user empathy.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules (including early or late shifts).
- Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
- Fluent in both English & Chinese.
